Summer Drama Day Camps for Young Children!
Sessions will take place at our theatre, located on the concourse level of 4950 Yonge Street.
* A minimum of 10 children will be required for a class to run.

SESSION 1: For ages 4 to 6
Dates: Aug 8 to 12, 2011 - daily from 9am to 12pm
This one week half-day session offers an introduction to the world of drama for young children. Through storytelling, movement, songs, and pantomime the child’s creativity and imagination is able to take flight. The different exercises and games facilitate the development of body and sensory awareness, as well as the ability to cooperate and respond with others in group activities.
Cost: $180 per child
SESSION 2: For ages 6 to 9
Dates: Aug 8 to 12, 2011 - daily from 1pm to 5pm
For this one week half-day session imagination is centre stage. Creative activities include role playing, tableaux (frozen pictures), improvisation, and pantomime. Through these fun-filled exercises and games the students increase their self-confidence and comfort on stage, as well as their communication and social skills. The end of the week culminates in an open house, showcasing favourite games and scenes created during the week.
Cost: $230 per child
