No refunds are available for any tickets or packages. Exchanges can be made based on availability.
* Children must be accompanied by an adult.
* Tickets are valid for the show listed on the front of the ticket only.
* Tickets are valid for the time and date on the front of the ticket only.
* Unused tickets are not cash transferable.
* All tickets expire June 24, 2012!
While Inside The Theatre
The Seating Plan: Seating Policy
Seats are not reserved and seating is on a first come first served basis.
At Solar Stage Children's Theatre we have very unique theatrical presentations that enrich the lives of our very unique audience very small children and much bigger adults. We have a small, intimate, and safe theatre environment that seats around 100 patrons. Because of the great difference in height, it is very difficult to find the perfect seating situation where all of our different sized patrons have a perfect sightline.
We have cushion areas down front for children to sit apart from their parents, we have a limited number of cushion areas in the middle of the theatre where parents and children can sit together; and we have chairs at the back for adults or children. Therefore, we recommend that if your children are too young to sit apart from you that you either come very early (minimum 1/2 hour early) or that you not bring children to our theatre until they are old enough to sit apart from you.
We cannot guarantee that there will be an area for you and your children to sit together with a completely clear sightline view of the stage.
* The aisle must remain clear - it is a fire aisle and due to safety regulations no one is allowed to sit between the taped areas.
* There is not a diapering station in the theatre. You may not change diapers in the theatre. Diapering must be done in the washrooms.
* Latecomers are admitted into the theatre only when, or if, it is safe to do so. Continuous exiting and entering of the theatre during a performance is not permitted.
* No strollers in the theatre.
* No food/drinks in the theatre. Bottled water is allowed.
* Washroom facilities are not available during the show and there is no intermission. Please use the washrooms prior to the beginning of the play.
* Children and adults are not to touch the items on the stage.
* Parents/Guardians are responsible for their children. Please monitor your child's behavior. A child who is annoying other children, continues to talk, cry, walk or run around during a performance must leave the theatre.
